An agency starting to compost is not exciting, and not something anyone looks forward to, even though it’s going to be a part of every day work life.
Introducing Compie, the personified compost bin, and Mother LA’s newest employee.
Compie’s offer letter, complete with a real signature from the Director of HR, was ‘leaked’ and posted up around the office where people could see Compie’s benefits and pay.
